Hullo everyone, thank you for accepting me into your forums. I am new to repairing/rebuilding ancient motor mowers, although I am more ancient than the mower and would be very grateful for any information/help your members could provide.

I have a Mk1 Ransome, Simms & Jefferies Minor 12" reel mower powered by a villiers motor with the following numbers stamped on the crankcase - 041A 58/805 7. The flywheel markings indicate that the motor was built January 1951.

Would it be possible for someone to identify the model number of the motor from these numbers.
