Assuming this is an earlyish straight handled Webb Witch pre-1953 when they had pram handles.

Acquired rubber handgrips?

I may have forgotten but not sure I have seen them with the spanner bracket? I know some later models had this on the inside of side panel.

Anyone like to comment?

Hi Clive. Shot in the dark. I have attached a photo of one of my Webb 2 Speeds,the handles have rubber grips, 2 horizontal bars and the clip for the spanner. I have also attached a page from a November 1956 brochure stating the Witch has inter-changeable handles if required. Has the Witch in your photo maybe had a set of 2 Speed handles fitted??   Just a wild guess!! Cheers. Rob
