Identify an Atco

Would anybody be able to aid in identifying this, looks like a 1970s Atco but I've never seen one quite like it before.

It has the side panels and grassbox from a Royale, a Briggs engine (I'd have thought Atco would still have been using Suffolk engines) and height adjustment levers not unlike the ones from the JP Super.
Weird mower, could perhaps be a mixture of several mower parts, looks a good combination though. Has anybody seen a mower like this around before?
