Starting New Discussions

Starting a new discussion topic (sometimes called a thread) is very easy.

Once you are logged on your username will appear near the top left hand side of the screen. You can click on the Create Content link and then click on the Forum Topic link. Alternatively, you can go to the forum section, choose the forum where you want to create a new discussion and click on the Post New Forum Topic link, near the top of the screen underneath the main forum title.

A new page will open where you must enter a title and choose the forum where you want your topic to appear from the drop-down list.

Type your message into the "body" section and then click on the save button at the bottom of the screen. Your message will then appear in the forum you have chosen.
