Unknown sickle bar mower, please help

Occasionally bought old one, found seal on some parts that says 1972 year. See pictures.
Who knows its manufacturer, model and something useful about it - please help.
As I understand crank handle, carburetor and starting magneto were changed. Also I don't understand what for are 6 double-end bolts on the back (see back side picture).
