Lloyds Grass Trimmer

This is the earlier version with the cone-shaped cutting cylinder. Recently put together from a pile of ' new old stock ' parts that came from Lloyds. The Budding Foundation passed on to me several boxes containing parts for about six different sidewheel mowers. In fact most of the parts are so new they're not quite finished. This resulted in a lot of filing and rubbing down to get things to fit. An interesting exercise and luckily I had a complete original one to use as a ' plan '.

Unfortunately none of the other parts look as though they will make a complete machine but the spares might come in handy.
