Probably because they do not read the instructions.
In view of the lack of help
In view of the lack of help provided so far in this thread, there are some instructions here that may help, we are not all 'IT' geniuses & I remember some years ago I struggled to grasp it, so perhaps help rather than criticism required.

I still forget to click
I still forget to click insert after I upload image sometimes as it's slightly off screen on my phone until I drag it across. I am one of the IT novices by the way.

There is a preview option next to the Save button, but using it seems to cause all sorts of grief - so I don’t !
Pleased to see the pictures
Pleased to see the pictures are now up-loaded, so back to the original question.
You have a Lloyds of Letchworth Autoscythe, I have the model with the pneumatic tyre which I featured in an article in the clubs magazine in 2017, so some questions answered therein, the link below takes you to the magazine with a readable version.
I did recently scrap one similar to yours with the larger metal wheel, it was missing the cutter bar very rusty & a colleague took the Marvil engine.
Its a great image of the 8 Auto-Scythes abreast, being the model you have.

There seems to be a little confusion. I agree the preview option is rubbish. I was suggesting posting your spiel then looking at it as an actual post. If then wrong go back and edit it with the necessary corrections or proper photo uploads. Hope this helps.
Why do some people have such
Why do some people have such difficulty in posting images to this site? The instructions are plain enough.
