1968 Ransomes Motor Triple MK2

Hi everybody.

I am new to this club and forum.

Do you have room for somebody who is a proud owner of a 1968 Ransomes motor triple mk2 mower. I have been busy restoring her as well as using it reguarly to cut my green. My Ransomes has the old Mag twin cylinder petrol engine fitted and she runs like a dream. My mower is called the Relic and is actually road legal.

Here is a picture of my relic.

Hello and wellcome to the old Lawnmower Club, I am sure that there is room for your input to this forum. Your mower may not be as old as some of those collected by club members but certainly it must be a classic and as such is worth preserving, it is also good that the mower is still able to be used regularly to earn its fodder. I have been a member the Old Lawmower Club for a few years now and have always found it to be a friendly place for like minded folk who share an interest in old mowers and is well worth the membership fee.

That certainly is a nice peace of equipment you have there. She looks in great order. Anything motor mower related (and old) is fine by me.Have you owned her from new?

Good old machine in the day but Iwith that centrifugal clutch I hated loading them up ramps!
