Hello all.

I’m currently in the process of restoring the above mower.

The point I am at the moment is the exhaust, it has most of its original atco green paint still present with small portions burnt off due to heat.

what I would like advice on is how best to repaint the exhaust with regards to colour, should I keep it original & go with the green I am using for the rest of the mower (which wouldn’t be heat resistant) or go with some sort of heat resistant black/copper?

what would you chaps say is the best route to take? I intend it to be a full nut/bolt restoration & don’t intend to use the mower it would just be for display with the occasional start up just to turn things over.

any advice would be appreciated

regards

In that case, it doesn't really matter what paint you use.
