Might be a bargain if you live reasonably close to Cornwall... especially with the carrier wheels, but I didn't realise that there was a 14" Standard, I thought the closest was the HY?

The "Standard" and the "HY" both made in 14" versions. Of the two, the "Standard" is probably the scarcer.

No, only made in 12" and 14" versions.
I've been building an Atco "timeline" to include models they made. It's reasonably accurate up to 1939 in terms of the models produced (although some dates might need refinement).
