JAPG Mowers

Anyone had any recent dealings with them? Are they still trading?
According to their website they are extremely busy, but will get round to all orders eventually. I placed an order on their ebay shop on the 7th of this month, for o-rings for the emulsion tube in my carburettor. (They are showing as in stock). That's 12 days ago, and they are not yet shipped. I have contacted them both through eBay, and their website, but have had no response. There is also no answer when I telephoned. I can't believe that a supplier of lawnmower & machinery parts can be so busy. I'm sure they are normally a good supplier, they were recommended to me on this site, and I don't want to slag them off, but I'm getting quite frustrated with the wait. It's the last thing I need before final reassembly. I never did have much patience.

I’ve always had good service

I’ve always had good service from them but the last time was late last summer. May be they are beset by self isolating staff etc.
