Miniature mower

Hello everyone, it's been a long time since I last was active! I've been offered a miniature mower, well made, cast iron with proper cutting blades etc, no name but patent dates from 1909, I think it's American, not sure if handle is original, but was wondering if anyone Could give me an idea what it might be worth paying, the seller is looking for a good bit approx £300. I had one years ago but no handle, I recall talking to Jim Ricci about one but forget its been quite a while!
