What machine is it from?

Maybe mower repair  pro's ought to let others have a go first, no prizes for guessing right of course, just a bit of fun. There were three pics in all, but I had to remove one as it had the part number stamped into it there. It was a nicely painted bit of cast, but alas! Nothing lasts forever, that is until someone with a big hammer and no knowledge comes along!
