Do you really need to get it out?

The last resort is cutting it off about 8 mm proud  of the block and then cutting an internal slot wit a hacksaw blade. When the slot is cut squeeze it with Mole / Vice grips while turning or use the grips to collapse the cut pipe inwards.

I've had a fair few out and apart now. Not clear on what section you are working on. Best to start on the main section into the head. Blow torch high heat all around  sunken threaded area into the head and for a fair while, leave for a few mins then exact fitting hex spanner, tighten action a smidge then off. This all assumes you know what you're doing with heat and you don't over/under do it. Once the whole thing is off its easier to work on the small bolt that goes into the threaded bit of the exhaust can retaining bolt

then exact fitting hex spanner,

I should have read the OP properly and noted A114 !  My instructions were for the original pattern with the BSP taper and no hex.
