Mower Identification

I would like to restore this reel mower.  I cannot find any information on this mower as to name or age.  Also would like to know original paint colours.  Can anyone please help with this.  Thank you!

Welcome to the forum, can you advise any casting/part  numbers on the inside of the wheel castings, or any other numbers you can find on the mower. There were 100's of manufacturers producing this type of mower so difficult without further information.
