Villiers 150cc Lightweight Governor

After a bit more stripping down of our British Anzani, we found the previous owner's attempts to get the thing running have probably caused more harm than good! We shall not be defeated though... hopefully!

So todays question is regarding the governor assembly, which is completely missing. If anyone has any photographs / dimensions of the assembly so we can machine something up as close to original as possible it would be very much appreciated! All we have are the pivot pin and the tensioner spring inside the engine. Everything else is missing.
