Old mower problem need help?

Hello folks,

I got the lawn mower, and every time I try to mow the yard, it says use the handle. I touch the one it points to, and nothing happens! Help Me!

Also I want to start a lawn mowing/lawn care business. ... I wish there were more people to help me in these forums!
