Upcycling
I am building quite a collection of converted Qualcast Panthers with an array of Engines, Electric Motors & Batteries, but will give this recently advertised one a miss.
So take a Qualcast Panther, used babies changing mat & some rough old copper pipe, & enter it in an auction, what a mess!! Not Henry Cole surely?

I don't think it would get approval for mass production from the Health and Safety Executive as I would imagine the minute you tried to lay back in it, it would tip straight back.
Would it have had Pram
Would it have had Pram Handles originally Clive?
Good point Rob, I think only
Good point Rob, I think only on the Silver Cross model, or was it the Silver Comet?
Its certainly different, I
Its certainly different, I have seen many up cycled mowers over the years, some fitted with shelves on the handles for potted plants, cylinder knifes turned into table top lights, rear rollers cut out to create a planter and side wheel cast wheels turned into a 4 tier rotating table for nibbles and one side wheel lawnmower integrated into a hedge row at a garden centre.
I guess if they are unwanted for spare parts else where, they are getting used by some creative minds.

It is one of those "Ride-On" Children's mowers I suspect, sometimes miss-described as a "salesman's sample".
In nice "Original" condition. It could eventually be painted in gaudy pastel colours to match the seat, over the rusty metal & sold from one of those fancy London based upcycling outlets for silly money, to people with more money than sense.
Nice garden seat idea for a youngster though, just needs work to perfect it.
