Atco kickstart year

I have recently acquired a Atco B7 or B8 central kickstart that I would like to know the year of manufacture,I’ve looked at the club library and found a sales brochure for 1939 but the fuel tank fixing brackets are different to mine,does this mean I have an earlier one?
Also the kickstart return spring is obviously wrong does any know how it should look please?
