Can anyone enlighten me please on which type of carburettor I have here and is any lnformation available on it,the needle appears to be non adjustable is this the case?

This wasn’t supposed to be two pictures the same it was meant to be a picture of the bottom of the float bowl which is marked MK11 DRGP42247?
