The bearing is pressed into the arm and a close fit on the cylinder shaft and seizes to the shaft with a little moisture as always, a two leg puller should get the arm and bearing off the shaft, make sure the shaft is as clean as possible and apply some heat if necessary and penetrative spray.

If like myself you don't have a two leg puller only a three leg you could apply heat and gingerly tap the arm back off the bearing with a hammer leaving full access to get a three leg puller on properly assuming your intending to replace the bearing.

Key to getting it off is freeing the bearing from the cylinder shift and cleaning off any corrosion, I had this on a Whippet with worn out bearings.

Thankyou so much for such clear information.

Really helpful for us novices , which the club encourages and relies on for its future.

I wish more would help those of us who know so little.

Thankyou
